  • This VIP Program is for your use only. Please do not purchase for family and friends, especially for ATF regulated items like firearms. Abuse of the program will result in the termination of your account.

  • All ammo and firearm sales are final and you may not return these items.

  • Please do not return products or retailers.

  • All Firearms will ship to an FFL and you must include FFL at checkout to purchase.*

  • Must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or ammunition.

  • All sales are subject to state laws.

  • Firearms purchases must be done on a separate order from ammo, merchandise, and accessory purchases. This is due to the firearm shipping to an FFL and the the rest of our product shipping to your shipping address.

 *What is an FFL? An FFL, or Federal Firearms License, is a license that the U.S. federal government issues to businesses and individuals who engage in the manufacture, importation, or sale of firearms and ammunition. Places that sell firearms have an FFL and you will need to obtain their license document for us to ship the firearm to them on your behalf. You will then be notified by them that your firearm is ready for pickup (The FFL holder may charge you a small transaction fee to process your paperwork). During the checkout process on weatherby.com, you will have an opportunity to lookup and select an FFL near you.
