- The conservation chapter program is for chapter use only. Abuse of the program will result in the termination of your account.
- All ammo and firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
- An FFL is required to set up an account and all firearms sales will be shipped directly to that FFL. If that FFL is not available at checkout, please contact consumerservices@weatherby.com.
- Must be 18 or older to purchase a firearms or ammunition.
- All sales are subject to state laws.
- Firearms and ammo must be purchased separately. In most states, ammo or merch sales can be shipped directly to you. Firearms will always be sent to the FFL of your choosing.
- Without a resale certificate (which you can include when signing up), all orders are subject to state and local taxes.
- As a rule of thumb -- allow two weeks for delivery. Shipping can get slammed, especially at the end of the month, so please order accordingly. Please also add an extra week around holidays. We'll do our best to get it to you ASAP, but cannot be held responsible for orders that do not allow for enough time for reasonable deliver.
